A aimé Great location, spotless site, loved the attention to detail in the honesty box area, everything covered for your stay, wish we could have stayed a further night, loved seeing the goats greeting us in the morning.

Thank you also for your comment about the male toilet. We do have an additional mobile toilet block which we open during busier periods when extra facilities are needed.

A aimé Everything, very clean & cozy, kitchen are was fantastic, honesty shop was fantastic, showers & toilets kept clean & tidy. Goats were really friendly. River was so pretty and calming. Owner was very helpful, friendly and understanding, there to help

A aimé spacious well kept pitches and a very friendly manager (Adam) who was very accommodating. Facilities were very clean and well kept.

N'a pas aimé The new outside showers are lovely but could really do with a covered section to keep your clothes dry when its pouring with rain and to help you dry off after.

The notes on pitch up say "no Gazebos" so we left ours at home. When we arrived it was pouring with rain and some additional shelter would have been great. We mentioned this to Adam and pointed out that the majority of others campers had gazebos. He was unaware oft he notes on pitch up and apologised. He offered to lend us one of his own which was really nice of him

Thank you as well for your helpful feedback about the new outdoor showers. A covered area for keeping clothes dry and getting changed in wet weather is a really useful suggestion, and something we’ll take on board.

We also really appreciate you pointing out the information regarding gazebos on Pitchup. We’re sorry for the confusion, particularly given the weather during your stay. We’ll make sure the listing is reviewed and updated so the information is clear and accurate for future guests. We’re glad Adam was able to offer you one of his own in the meantime.

A aimé love this place! beautiful scenery, lovely little kitchen set up with kettle toaster ect for non electric campers! really enjoyed our stay! also other campers were so welcoming and nice to our children! love this place i will 100% be back.

A aimé Lovely characterful site. Great facilities (loved the outside showers and all the thoughtful touches, such as the honesty fridge/bar and the painted toilet doors). Very clean and organised. Great access to the riverside from side where I whiled away an afternoon reading under the weeping willow tree. Lovely peaceful stay (slightly marred by the kids using the site as a race track for their motorised bikes despite the huge field available to them next door). Other than that it was a quiet and peaceful site, a great place to unwind.
