A aimé Really superb countryside environment with lots of good paths to walk the dog. Will certainly have no hestitation in visiting again and next time for longer.

N'a pas aimé Connecting to electricity via an app was a bit laborious, especially when our charge was only £1.83 over 1 night stay. Could this not be included in the pitch fee? Also extra charge for the dog.

We charge electricity separately so that it is fair for all our campers, as some of our guests choose to stay completely off-grid and don’t use an electric hook-up at all. Including electricity within the pitch fee would mean those guests were effectively paying for a service they don’t use, so we feel a pay-for-what-you-use approach is the fairest option for everyone.

With regard to the dog charge, this helps us cover the additional cleaning, upkeep and maintenance associated with welcoming dogs onto the estate, helping us keep the site in the best possible condition for all of our guests.

A aimé Beautiful location, very peaceful. Excellent toilet and shower facilities, very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for visiting local attractions and towns. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night.

A aimé Lovely peaceful site with fabulous views was so lovely to be able to visit the Highland cows. Short drive to Elgin for shops and close to many beaches. Duffus post office within walking distance. Showers and toilets immaculately clean and plenty of them, plus the washing up facilities were great. We also visited the onsite coffee cart. We have been visiting family in Elgin yearly for over 50 years but this was our first time with the caravan so pleased that this campsite is just what we needed.

N'a pas aimé Not really disliked anything but there are a few things that maybe could improve the site. Mirrors are in the toilet cubicles but would also be great in the shower cubicles also would have been nice to have a hair dryer. The road for walking to the showers/toilets had big stones on and a few times I nearly tripped on the stones plus in places it became muddy after it rained. This is a lovely new site and maybe these plans are in the future.

A aimé Lovely relaxing location with open view over grass park and highland cows and sheep. Lovely walks around the grounds and great signed walks further afield to beach, Hopeman. Immaculate toilet and shower blocks. Nice walk through the grounds to the castle where you can enjoy an assortment of sausage rolls and fancy pieces from coffee van which has a very imaginative outdoor seating area to protect you from the wind.
