A aimé Loved everything about our stay. The site is small and well looked after, which is what we loved.

There are 3 toilet/shower huts, which were immaculate.

The site is self-serve, so you pull up and pick a pitch. We picked one next to the sheep field, which was lovely in the evenings to watch the sun set out of our tailgate. The sheep can be a little noisy, but who doesn’t love that! And watching the lambs!

The location of the site was absolutely perfect for us, although everywhere is a short drive away.

Not a problem for us, but I understand for some people it’s important, there is almost no signal here. Vodafone, anyway.

I did mark it down a star, only because I think it could have done with an extra loo. On the morning we were leaving, each of the toilet/shower were taken. It was bad timing on my part as they were all taking showers and I waited a good 15 mins for the loo.

We did have an issue that was absolutely nothing to do with the site itself, but I wanted to address it here in case the culprit happens to see this whilst leaving a review themselves. We went out for the day, so our driveaway awning and electric hook up cable were left on the pitch. When we came back in the evening, our cable was missing. We checked with a few people close to us on the site to see if anyone had seen anything. But most had been out all day the same as us. Our neighbours had left out all sorts but they had nothing missing. We called the owners, who had no idea also. They were really helpful and brought us over a cable to borrow. It’s such a shame, because the whole thing did put a dampener on our weekend. So to the scum bag who stole it……..I hope you really needed that £20 cable!!!! Of all the years we’ve been camping, tents and campervan, we’ve never had this. We certainly won’t make the same mistake again! Pack up your belongings people!!

A aimé Everything. Fantastic little site, very well maintained, lovely little toilet/shower huts and the owner checks most evenings if everyone/thing is ok. Pitches are huge and everything you need is within easy reach. Definitely recommend 😊

A aimé Lovely big pitch. We liked that we could light our firepit on an evening. The views were lovely and the sheep and lambs coming to the fence were friendly. We had the whole site on our last day! The lovely lady who owned the site visited us on our first day and brought us complimentary fresh eggs. They were fab, and a lovely touch. The little shower huts were clean, showers red hot and so cute! Overall we will definitely be back, we loved it!

If I had to be picky, our pitch was near road, but although you heard the odd car or tractor it didn't bother us at all.

No wifi, but not bothered as we knew this before booking. We just hotspotted from our phones.

A aimé Very spacious pitches, clean and tidy and the lady that came round to offer us eggs from the chickens was so lovely. Asked us if we needed anything and if we needed anywhere for directions

A aimé The site was great with good spacing between pitches. The toilets and showers were spotless and being in independent units gave maximum privacy. The site owner was very helpful and the booking was simple.

A aimé Fabulous site, very spacious, excellent facilities!
Fresh eggs available! Don't miss out.
3 Sheppard huts converted into bathrooms, toilet and showers. The showers are HOT, not warm, not meh, HOT! This made me very happy.
Pot washing is tucked beside the first Sheppards huts, also with HOT water.
Quiet site, if out for the day, leave something to reserve your spot.
Not far from Filey, Flamborough or Bridlington, excellent spot of your going puffin watching at Bempton cliffs.
Dog friendly too!

N'a pas aimé If you only have a 10 metre cable you might struggle, but site owner did offer extension of needed.
