A aimé Excellent for families who have kids.nice campsite tucked away from the main road.with plenty of space for kids to play.bar on site and also a small arcade.also a fairground but only for the summer season I believe.plenty of walks nearby if you fancy it.staff were excellent we will be back.

A aimé We went just for one night to try our new tent box out and we will definitely be returning when all back open it looks great,

A aimé Nice hot showers, clean facilities, great site for families they had a beach type thing going on and lots of activities for kids which looked pretty cool a mini pub and food available

N'a pas aimé People take no notice of the rules, we asked for the wifi password and was told they dont give it out but whilst in the little bar area a couple gave it us we stayed the week by the friday afternoon hell broke out,loose dogs kids on e scooters the neighbours screaming at each other at 4 am someone's dog just barking all night but thats not a site fault

A aimé The site was in a nice location. I liked how they arrange for entertainment ie: funfair, singer, big screen.

N'a pas aimé When the funfair and entertainment isn't there, there's no park or play area for the children. There a campsite train but adults have to go on with children and pay the same price which just seems to be a money-making gimmick. The pitches are quite small and when we arrived we weren't even put together even though I requested by email weeks prior, that our party was pitched together. The water in the shower was freezing cold (too cold to get in) and there are no shower curtains so you have to get dry on a wet concrete floor. The bin in the pot cleaning area was overflowing with rubbish and maggots and we saw it in the same state for 2 days so I don't know how often they clean! All in all, we were all really disappointed and won't be returning.

A aimé It was just a kid friendly place to be. Strict rules for night time and early morning. Let's be fair tents are thin and kids make a noise.
The entertainers and kids space was recently priced.

A aimé After reading all the comments before booking I had reservations but thought I would take the risk and book. The staff and owners were amazing a great welcome and a secure site. Loved the fact that there was a bar onsite and options for the kids when it was wet outside. You can really see how the owners are creating a fun filled camping trip with a funfair. It was great to have the showers again not sure what others disliked given its a campsite and not a 4 star hotel they were what i expected and really well looked after. The owner was really helpful and approachable and get involved with the campers. If your looking for a site that has both entertainment and beautiful scenery then this is a great site to visit.

N'a pas aimé Not a dislike just an observation some campers were not respectful with leaving there litter everywhere, there are plenty of bins.
Would have been good to have option to order pizza till about 8pm, especially when you venture off camp and don’t get back before the 7pm cut off. But overall nothing we really disliked about the site

A aimé The site was clean and spacious. The facilities that we used we're good and there was stuff for the kids to do on the weekend too. Value for money was excellent.

N'a pas aimé If I had to pick anything at all, its maybe that there could be a couple more toilets and showers. But thats being very nit picky.

A aimé Staff were amazing and incredibly hospitable. Pitch was excellent with electric and water. Toilets were clean and accessible. Showers were spacious and hot, with some grass and mud towards the end of the day but were on a camp site not a hotel! Excellent entertainment on weekends with a bar and a funfair with food.
Definitely coming back. Excellent camp site!
