Me gustó This campsite is fairly basic but excellent. The individual pitches are spacious. There is generally plenty of room, there aren't too many squeezed into the space they offer. There is a nearby field for dog walking. There are separate dog poo bins near the main bins. The toilet block is one of the nicest, cleanest blocks I have visited in 20 years! The owner was helpful. The site was generally quiet and calm, no road noise.

No me gustó It's very near a working farm and so for a short period of time there was the sound of heavy machinery like a tractor cutting hedges but it was short lived and in day time hours.

Me gustó The pitches were clearly marked out, the toilet facility was nearby. There were rope swings for the children, and we enjoyed seeing the cattle and chickens on the farm. The restaurant on the campsite provided wonderful food and the lady catered for my somewhat fussy and tired children. There were some toys and books available in the function room, which was prettily decorated. The toilet block was clean and well stocked with toilet paper and hand drying towel. There are also fridges and freezers available for use.

No me gustó The pitches were very slopey and both children ended up sliding down their beds in the night. The EHU post was quite far from our pitch but it did just reach. Despite there only being three families in a whole field we were placed next to another family (I didn't want to move in case another family came during our stay).
