Del administrador: Hi Sharon, would say I appreciate your review, but I don’t. Frankly I find a lot of what you say to be unfounded. Your stay was for 3 adults at £18 a night, if you could show us a campsite in the st merryn or Padstow area for £6 a night per person that has the facilities that you’re after, then you’re more than welcome to stay there, but I can’t imagine that you’ll find that. We are a small family run campsite, we’re not perfect by any stretch, but we are making improvements to our site every year, the changes you want us to just immediately implement would cost 10’s of thousands, not just an easy thing to do is it? At the end of the day, we provide a very easy going, cheap campsite for people to come and enjoy Cornwall in the summer. There are two cubicles in the toilet block that are closed for a reason, as they were used as showers last year, we then moved our shower to 4 individual units, which apparently because they’re “own made” means they aren’t any good, when we have actually had a lot of good feedback about them this year. You also put in the private feedback that a member of our family who does the cleaning, needs to “smarten up” what a ridiculous thing to say. Frankly, I think that shows the type of character you are, which isn’t one we welcome on our site. Regards Campsite manager
