Absolutely loved this campsite. It was clean and tidy (toilets/showers spotless) The staff were so friendly helpful and informative. We didnt want to leave. Will definitely return. Thank you to all the whitemead staff for making our holiday perfect. (Big shout out to shane)

Very friendly staff always available and helpful.
Train and busses 10 minute walk away which was easy.
Small and quiet site.

The only thing I can say is there's not much room to turn or manoeuvre as it's not a one way, but we loved it.

This is lovely site that is superbly maintained, the wardens and staff are very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the local area.

The toilets and facilities of this site are absolutely immaculate and testament to the hard working staff. Probably the best ones we have ever seen on a campsite and a few tunes in there in the evening also.

Ideally located for a nice pub where you can witness a Morris dancing 'dance off' if your lucky, all very friendly.

In summary a beautifully kept site which is ideal for exploring the Jurassic coast.

Only downside we experienced which the site has no control over but needs to be mentioned particularly if your travelling with small children, the site has a public footpath running through it where people take their dogs for a walk. one evening a loose dog from the footpath decided to help itself to some of our BBQ and run around the children and it took the owner some time to come and find it. It was our second to last night so no point in asking to be moved to another pitch.

The site does stipulate that children under 14 shouldn't be unaccompanied which is fair and I suspect because of the footpath, but we were sat outside our tent as a family.

Again this is something outside of the sites control, if staying with younger children I would advise asking for a pitch away from the footpath

Such a brilliant stay, staff were so helpful and friendly, nice and quiet in the evenings to get a good night's sleep in, 5mins walk to the pub and 15 mins drive to durdle door, what more could you want?

A lovely hot shower was a blessing each day!

WiFi could be a bit stronger but didn't really affect the stay!

Size of pitch. Lots of toilets, shower was always warm and never a wait and washing up facilities good. Nice helpful staff.

It was a bank holiday weekend when we arrived, but the site seemed very busy and not much space between pitches. You could hear snoring and arguing from neighbouring tents. There was a couple of nights where a neighbouring tents car decided to block our car in rather than park next to their tent.
Washing machine was only a quick 45 min wash, not what I'd call a wash and the dryer didn't dry the others.

What a lovely caravan park the staff were absolutely amazing. The warden and his wife are lovely people very helpful and all information in reception and exploring the area close to amenity’s such as the train station, bus stop taking you to Weymouth, durdle door or lulworth cove, a bakery not far to walk also pubs and shops a walk away. It was a pleasure and I would definitely come back my girls had a fabulous time. The toilets and showers were so clean and tidy. A great stay had by all.. Thank you

This is the quietest campsite we have been too, no kids running around your tent at midnight, no early morning cars slamming or unnecessary loud music.
Clean facilities and the friendliest staff.
The area is a good base to visit many beaches or towns and the station is just next to it

Nice Quiet site, Staff were fantastic and helpful. facilities were immaculate, everything made our holiday totally enjoyable. Site was close to all shops,pubs,buses and trains.
