No me gustó: I hate leaving the lake district. As soon as I get on the A66 the yearn to get back kicks in.

Gorgeouss camp site. We felt safe, it was quiet and also very peaceful next to the running water. Great allocated tent spaces in areas as well as multiple choice areas on where you want to set up your tent.
No me gustó: No hot water at the camp site. Also, the showers were a short walk across the road - not a dislike for us, but for others it could be a problem.
Only a 1 night stay but everything was pleasant, would stay again.

No me gustó: Not phone signal at all on the campsite for Vodafone, but some signal at shower facilities and farm shop. Not a dislike as such but something to bear in mind the site is not flat in all spots for pitching a tent.

Traducir (A través del Traductor Google)Me gustó: Location, wild-camping feel, relaxed atmosphere and the views - breathtaking. Great pub nearby and the pizzas were some of the best we’ve had. No phone signal of WiFi was a real bonus.
No me gustó: Toilets a bit rough, but managed fine. Could do with a top up of loo roll daily in the summer months. One van had taken up 3 pitches which meant it was a bit difficult to find somewhere suitable, but we made do.
