The quiet setting within the walled garden , beautiful. The walks around the area were great for the dogs especially the walk beside the river Tweed. Although there are no amenities apart from one combined shower/ toilet it didn’t matter as you use your own .
It has got a waste water drain and a cassette toilet waste which was all you needed. All pitches are hard standing with electric and drinking water pipes are scattered around the pitches. Will definitely return.

Nothing to dislike as long as you’re not looking for a clubhouse etc.

The other wasn't as clean as other times we have stayed bur appreciate it's advertised as not having them. Just a shame people can't be tidy or maybe a mop left for those staying to clean floor after themselves

Paxton house caravan site is my happy place to replace to relax and enjoy the quiet .
We picked some cooking apples off the tree before coming home today looking forward to making apple crumble 😋
The site is well looked after the trees and plant are so nice .
Be back in 2 weeks for another stay
We like it so much we are booked for next year .
The staff that run the shop are always so nice and helpful.
I bought 3 different jars of jam to put in a hamper for my parents as the like a bit of different and the jam is absolutely mouth watering tasty 😋.

It's sad to see that other people can't put their rubbish in the bins provided.
The middle bin was full to over flowing while the bins at either side had loads of room so why let it fall ias over the ground for someone else to pick up .
Lazy and selfish.
Also such a shame to see that one of the toilets was out of order as we know it had all been fixed the last time we stayed .
It's such a shame that people can't respect the toilets better as their is only 2 and if 1 is out of order then the one that is working gets over used and dirty .
Such a shame as it's such a lovely place to stay .
Would you treat it differently if it was your own place .

Small toilet block

Lovely peaceful location within the walled garden. Nice walks, this is our second visit to Paxton House. Easy access Berwick by bus.

One toilet was out of order

Loved Paxton House, sheltered pitched and lovely location.

Only having the one toilet was not ideal but I appreciate this is in hand.

Paxton House is an absolute GEM! stayed twice now and back again in October. The comments are so unfair about the toilets- YOU DON'T EVEN ADVERTISE THEM! Keep up the good work.
