Lovely site, are 3rd visit this year, immaculate as ever.

People complaining about the un-advertised toilets!

Stunning place that has been constantly developed and improved over the last few years. Toilet block with shower was class. Quiet and in a beautiful location. Really impressed with how they are pushing the site forward within the contact of the grounds and main house. Loved that they had signage explaining the changes and how they have been achieved. Been with kids before. Cracking place.

Peace and quiet awaits you at Paxton House. Such a laid back and tranquil space with plenty of walks straight from your door. Location is fantastic with countryside all around yet only 10 minutes from Berwick and 15 minutes to the beach.

Easy to find and lots of very large pitches to choose from, all within the walled garden. It's a real bonus to have the grounds to explore direct from the site and there's great walks along the river. Several water points and each pitch has electric hook up.

We only stayed 4 of our 6 booked nights, unfortunately due to the state of the bathrooms. Very dirty on arrival and not cleaned at all during our stay with surfaces covered in flies, dirt and mushrooms growing from the walls due to the dampness. Could be forgiven if this was a cheap and cheerful site, but at 30/night there's much better available locally.

Access to lovely grounds. Showers good. Site well maintained.

We liked that you could choose your pitch when you arrived and also that you can use the grounds while you are staying on the site.
Well thought out water taps spread out over the site and easy water and toilet disposal facilities too!

Fabulous site in a lovely setting. Plenty of space and all well kept. Access to the grounds of Paxton House is an added bonus. There’s two new wet rooms now which aren’t mentioned on Pitch Up as they’re recently added. Good that it’s open all year.

The toilet emptying facilities are a bit high up.

Very calm place.
