The location is beautiful and it's very quiet and peaceful. There's a path through the woods straight to the Mawddach trail which is fantastic. Great for cycling and walking.
The people who worked there were lovely, the facilities were good and there was a useful shop as well as food and drink onsite.

I didn't like all of the smoke in the evenings from all of the fire pits. I don't know if everyone had wet wood or something but it got really smokey and coming from the city I was hoping for some fresh air.

Everybody was extremely nice and helpful. The site is very nice, our pitch was quiet and private. Very good facilities, clean toilets, showers and washing up area. A well stocked bar and also a shop, there is a communal freezer too. We had a really good pizza one of the nights, sourdough base cooked in a wood fired oven. Amazing walks available, the estuary is only a couple of minutes away.

My partner and I had a lovely stay here. We chose to stay in one of the woodland pitches which was beautiful, spacious and made a lovely home for few days. We loved hearing the wildlife, especially the owls at night. The facilities were good and always kept clean. The pizza bar which was open on the Saturday night was delicious and kust what we needed after a long day walking. Highly recommend this campsite location wise. We love hiking and there are some amazing footpaths and peaks closeby as well as some easier walks near the estuary.

We would have liked to have more choice over our pitch as we were in the pitch closest to the entrance to the woodland pitches which meant all the other campers constantly walking by and could see in which was fine it just meant it wasn't as peaceful and private as we might have liked, but when we arrived our pitch jad been pre-allocated.

The set-up and staff were great. This place has centrally located facilities and a bar!

Billy was great and always around if you needed. The plots are also well set-out. We got Smugglers path which is ideal for a bit more seclusion.

Would be good to have another drinking/ washing spot fir the tents further down. But not essential.

Friendly staff very helpful, lovely surroundings enjoyed the peace and quiet. Easy access to all local amenities

Getting bit on last night after they strimmed the grass the night before departure.

The entire site was totally perfect! We had chosen & booked to camp under the trees, to which there was full easy access to our pitch & all facilities were close by. The site manager on our arrival was extremely friendly, happy & gave us all of the information. The site is perfectly positioned for touring the area & very easy to find. We have absolutely loved our break away, will definitely revisit the site & recommend to everyone!

The pitch was fantastic, lots of space. Great location and the views were absolutely stunning. The staff were exceptional and very helpful when needed.

During the mornings and afternoon the main road nearby could be heard (just an observation). Not quite as peaceful as we’d hoped, being from the city.
