We had an absolutely amazing stay here last week. They have lots of great pitches for tents & camper vans at affordable prices. The toilet/shower block was lovely & clean. The Thai food was incredible, the best green curry I’ve ever had!
The bar is a lovely addition too, all run by very lovely people.
The location is great, as it’s close to lots of activities we wanted to do. I just wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful scenery, really friendly staff, good pitches, amazing facilities. Well stocked shop, great Thai food and a nice little bar. Breakfast to order and charcuterie in the morning. Lovely place to swim about five minutes walk from the pitches. Will absolutely be back.

Pristine campsite in beautiful location. Simple but effective facilities, loads of tracks and trails for kids to explore and fantastic Thai food, chilled cafe and bar. Wild camping policies create the best atmosphere

Absolutely everything! The owners are very caring and attentive having all the family work at different parts around the campsite. Absolutely loved the Thai food and the lady (Alex) behind the bar was wonderful to sit and chat to on an evening whilst having a perfect selection of beers and cocktails at a very reasonable price. Us and the three dogs will definitely be returning to carry on exploring the coastline in a stunning part of the world.

Privacy of the pitch, next to the estuary access to be able to paddleboard, lovely and secluded in the countryside, amazing views, lovely staff, great bar open til 10pm and the most amazing Thai food I’ve ever tried from the authentic Thai van, showers were powerful and hot and clean

Not a dislike but the loos were mixed genders, would prefer separate but they were always clean so it didn’t matter. Wouldn’t necessarily bring younger kids here as there isn’t much to do for them activities wise.

The wonderful woodland setting, and cosy little camp spots.
It is close to the estuary and an easy walk down to the path which will lead to Barmouth.
There is a small shop, a Thai food van and a Bar stall on site.
The showers and toilets were very clean and hot water with taps and sinks are available. The pitches are situated way off in the woods and carrying your gear is helped by wheelbarrows from the main parking area.llent

Having to pay £5 per night if I wanted a firepit I can appreciate a one off £5 payment and paying for wood but each night seems a bit much. considering the cost of camping was £30 for a small tent.

Everything. This family run site is uniquely wonderful. Beautiful woodland pitches in the heart of the Welsh mountains, and the site continues to offer more every time we visit. The facilities are excellent and very clean. You can start your day with a freshly brewed coffee made on site, hire a bike and head out from camp onto one of the many scenic routes close by, then arrive back to camp where you can order an authentic homemade Thai meal for dinner. The site shop also has a good variety of food, drink and camping supplies.
