Me gustó Hot shower and nice views!

No me gustó Very dated, nothing changed from 3 years ago we came. No insulation which I thought it may have with it being none electric. Windy night, howling through the pod all night, kept us awake until 3 o’clock in the morning. Very soft beds, woke up with sore backs. Very over priced for what you get, been to similar with better facilities and electric for similar price. Unfortunately wouldn’t return again.

We’re pleased you enjoyed the hot shower and the views, and as you chose to return to us, there must have been something you previously enjoyed.

As you mentioned having stayed in better for less elsewhere, we were a little surprised that you chose to return to us again.

As our pods have only been on site for two years rather than three as mentioned, we don’t feel they require upgrading at this stage. Referring to them as “outdated” after such a short time does seem a rather strong suggestion.

As nothing has changed with the pods themselves, this suggests your recent experience was influenced by the weather. Your stay coincided with one of the worst storms we’ve experienced since opening, which understandably made the wind far more noticeable than usual and we can understand that this has impacted on your stay.

Being in a rural and exposed location, this can occasionally happen, although it is not typical of most stays.

We will take your comments regarding the bed comfort on board

Me gustó Really clean, quiet pitch. The shepherds hut and hot tub was gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that we only booked one night. Could easily have stayed longer.

It’s the second time we’ve been. The accommodation is lovely and hot tub was absolutely fantastic. We would’ve come back here anyway, but it’s a great addition.
The instructions for the hot tub are easy to follow if you haven’t used one before and we got great use out of it!

The kitchen is well equipped, so useful! Lovely shower and toilet facilities too.

The accommodation is lovely and private and it’s a lovely peaceful area, were happy that this is made sure of with no music ect.

The weather wasn’t on our side this year, however we were warm and cozy and still used the hot tub (at least once) every day, and it was fascinating to see the dramatic clouds over the mountains!

We also LOVE the local village shop.

Our favourite place, we’re already planning for next year.

Me gustó Fantastic two night stay in the fox hut. Peaceful quiet .
Enjoyed sat by the fire .
Showers lovely and hot , everything spotless clean , I can't wait to return .

Me gustó Cosy pod, quiet setting, gorgeous view, clean and useful facilities, lovely private area including your own firepit. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back again. We absolutely love it.

No me gustó We stayed on a Wednesday night, and on the Thursday morning the land immediately behind the site began having some sort of quarrying work done on it, which was fairly noisy. But not too disruptive. Not much they can do about that, and it didn't happen the other time we stayed either so probably temporary.

Me gustó Great location, you can see the mountains all around. The site was very quiet and there are signs reminding people to not play music, it's very much a place to go and chill and explore from.

Also, we did not see any staff there the when time - I say that as a positive. We turned up, texted them that we were there, and we're able to go straight to the pod and it was all super easy. Kitchen and bathroom areas were very clean, shower is surprisingly good. Location itself is great, you can get anywhere in the country and there are shops, pubs, and petrol stations nearby.

The pod itself is great, simple but comfortable. Has some usb ports, and the Fox Den has two hammocks outside by the fire pit which is a great touch.
