Me gustó Wow.. what to start with?

First things first - please bare with me as I'm not an English native speaker.

- Most important: SO clean and tidy

- Absolutely fantastic view, especially from pitches with view onto the sea

- Little honesty shop with important (and not so important but lovely to have: sweets, candy :) ) things you frequently use and need


Everything you need but without things not needed:

- Newly built, in sufficient amount, VERY tidy and well equipped toilets which are cleaned daily and due to adults only site usually in pretty good conditions all over the day (hint: that's not to prejudge ALL children and more often it's a problem with people not educating their seedlings properly but nevertheless it IS a problem we unfortunately experienced a lot in the last years...)

- Also newly built, tidy as well, and spacious showers which are also cleaned daily

- Small shop with kindling and (small) log wood for campfires in suitable containers (to bring with you), some well chosen specialties and basic food, sweets, chocolate bars, drinks, crisps, popcorn, and so on and payable via PayPal or SumUp or cash. Well done, peeps!!

- Spacious pitches, grass or hard-standing, with and without electric hookup

- No need for a site manager who's sitting around all day long. Everything works and doesn't have to be explained. Where necessary, you'll find small signs helping you in finding your way around


Long story short: we LOVED this lovely place and all in all we clearly and without exaggerating have to say that this experience on this jewel of a campsite was by far the very best in three years of yearly several weeks of camping with a camper van!

No me gustó There is without kidding really literally nothing, not a single aspect we could complain about. Even weather was a pure dream ;)

If searching for something to put in here: some guys left tent pegs in the grass which we pulled out to prevent damage and harms. Watch out for them to avoid flat tyre.
But of course that's nothing to blame the campsite or the operator of the site for :)

Me gustó Views amazing, clean facilities. Even a microwave and kettle which is so handy

Me gustó Quiet little site with access to walks without getting in the van. Clean facilities. Microwave was a bonus. Didn't matter that it was full. Didn't meet the owners but there were signs and everything was clear so there was no need. Had a sea view from our van window. It was perfect for our dogs.

Me gustó The toilets and showers were very modern and clean and spacious!
The honesty shop and the pet wash with use of facilities was great!

No me gustó Not alot! Everything was great, The fact that there was no sink in the shower room to brush teeth but that’s being extra picky

Me gustó Our second visit to vally view lovely site and brilliant location. Our pitch overlooked the horses and the sea .facilities all kept clean and everything u need .Did some lovely walks on cinder path .brilliant little site

Me gustó Very peaceful and well kept site. Hare pod was lovely to stay in, and we will definitely be booking again for a longer stay in the not too distant future.

Me gustó Everything, this is a perfect little gem of a place. The location, the views, it was all just heaven. The owners were lovely, we had a lovely,but lonnnnng walk along the cinder track,stopped off at the Hayburn Inn, it would have been rude to walk past without trying a pint and lunch,well worth the walk. The whole campsite was spotless clean,from the pitches to the pot wash room and toilets and showers. Loved our stay and booked for the weekend again end of the month.

Me gustó Great little site. Fabulous countryside views. Quiet and clean. Showers and toilets great, spacious and clean. Honesty shop is a great bonus and really well stocked. Really easy access to cinder track for cycling too
