Cranberry Moss Caravan Park

Me gustó We had a wonderful stay at this campsite and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. The campsite was very well-maintained, with clean facilities and spacious pitches that made it comfortable and relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions.

Me gustó This was a quiet weekend away, the campsite is clean and tidy. Plenty of hot water in the showers and the toilets were clean. Staff were very welcoming when I arrived.

No me gustó The lock on the gate having to get in and out of the van to open and close it. But that’s only because I’m disabled and not the parks fault

Me gustó This site was well laid out. The facilities were clean and well cared for. The staff were helpful without being intrusive.

The site is handy because it's just off the A5 so access to surrounding attractions is easy. There was a little road noise from the A5 but we didn't find it intrusive.

On our visit the staff were faced with a number of issues which were completely out of their control. Power cuts and water loss among them. The staff were really good and did everything possible to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Me gustó Lovely well kept spotless site. Well spaced out pitches,grounds are very well looked after. Excellent toilet and shower facilities exceptionally clean with music being a nice touch. Spacious dishwashing area. Very peaceful country site. Very helpful and friendly owners.this is the 2nd time we have stayed and will definitely be back again.

No me gustó WiFi is bit hit and miss but tbh its such a relaxing site its not an issue and The owners are installing Starlink so should be great when finished.

Me gustó Everything, the guys that are there are lovely. James phoned me to let me know he was popping out but gave me the details we needed. They guy with the orange high vis, I am so sorry we never got your name, the work you have done and continue to do is amazing. The site looks like Buckingham Palace.
Clean and I mean clean showers and toilets.
Fantastic facilities.
I like the closed gate policy
We camped, so for us the pitch was brilliant, no issues.
It is an inclusive site so don't worry, all are welcome 🌈🌈🌈 which is another reason why me and my wife chose to stay.

We will definitely be back, thank you 😊

No me gustó This is no reflection on the site but it is close to the A5, so any light sleepers take some ear plugs.

Me gustó Clean and hot showers spacious well looked after pitches, staff very friendly and helpful.

No me gustó WiFi but new hubs being fitted while we're there. Always look for a Pub on site prior to booking but it was closed. Shouldn't be advertised. Shower great but did not work on the 1 day.

Firstly thank you for your 7 star review, I’m sorry to read that you wouldn’t return to Cranberry Moss due to the bar not being open. Unfortunately due to being a small & friendly caravan park it isn’t financially viable to open the bar out of season as we don’t have enough footfall through the door, the bar will next be open at easter. Also I am sorry about the shower issue which was resolved within 30 minutes of being notified. The fuse had blown on the boiler which I would like to add was sorted straight away. Also your comment about no signs for the chemical toilet / elsan point shocks me due to this is something I told you about on checkin where everything was. And the sign on the door to the chemical toilet point couldn’t be any bigger. Regarding the WiFi, you could clearly see that we were having the new WiFi system fitted during your visit as this is something you have stated. May I add top of the range starlink WiFi with pod points around the park for the best WiFi connection for our customers !

Me gustó Lovely site with lovely people! Ashley and others were really helpful! Nice tidy site with good facilities and very close to great places to visit such as the British Ironworks! We will be returning!!!
