Liked Some of the best views about really nice site receptionist was worth her weight in gold she helped me and my family right on t in what to do where to go etc really helpful

Disliked I just want to say the price really ... I know you have the views and I guess that's what you pay for But it's just a little costly I think would love to stay for a long weekend but not at those prices Also the disabled shower needs a blind on it not just frosted glass made me feel a little uncomfortable using it with my daughter I would recommend it to friends And Im touch and go if I would stay again for a night maybe deffo not for a weekend or a long 1 which is a shame

Liked The shop and reception really really helpful , let me know about a problem with my awning ... Can not fault the lady in the shop she was lovely

Disliked The showers were incredibly small unfortunately... I had kids with me and trying to wash them also was a problem The feed back on the women's toilets and showers wasn't great from the partner

Liked Really friendly loved the workers and reception shop and bar area , really nice people

Disliked Washing up area wasn't great , the showers and toilets block felt a bit old skool but it is what it is

Liked What a lovely gem of a place , just missed out on all the fun by the sounds of it over Easter , lovely shop amazing showers and toilets , park was lots of fun for the kids they didn't want to leave Top place

Liked Lovely site was a little noisy due to the road and train track and also like a festival kinda speaker coming from the distance , Alan was a lovely guy

Disliked Unfortunately the showers were freezing and that is a massive no when your already staying in a van or tent you look at something like a shower to start your day and if it's cold it just puts you in a bad mood let's be honest ... And leaves you leaving a bad review , if this wasn't the case it's a really nice place

From the manager: Well I am surprised. The first thing we say to people when they arrive is; if you have any issues with any thing, including the showers, toilets or washup areas etc, please report to ourselves, we cant fix it if you don't. Not withstanding you were the only person to complain, which you did after you arrived back home. When you left you were asked if all was ok, "yes thank you" was your comment? So disappointing.

Liked Not a lot really felt like a working travellers site , we ended up making a quick exit to the shop and didn't return wasn't for us

Liked The kids having fun , out of all the places we stayed on our Wales tour my little girl really enjoyed the site and the friends she made , on arriving my little girl got spoilt with some sweets from the owner nice touch , this site is what you make it ... I'll look back and say we done something nice supporting this site for the dogs ...

Liked Everything what a lovely place the views of Snowdon are lovely in the back ground the sunset was special , prob had 1 of the nicest nights on my Wales tour in the van at this site ... Really nice 👍

Disliked Apparently the women's shower didn't have a head on it just a pipe which let it down for my partner and daughter

Liked Really calm and chilled place , situated 20 mins from all the waterfalls we loved it

Disliked The men's showers I couldn't get into as had no code sent but managed to get in when someone came out , really not a big problem but maybe the key card can open the women's and the mens , as who ever has the card will obviously choose the men's or women's ...

From the manager: Glad you loved campsite and area. For information, I texted you the code for the gents toilets an hour before you were due to arrive on site. The card key system for the men’s is not working hence the need for a code. Hopefully this will change to a better system by next season.

Liked A lovely little play house right out side reception , my little girl loved it ... A lovely big park not so far away , and nicely situated for puzzle wood , we loved it
