Excellent facilities. Showers hot and clean flushing toilets. Good washing up area with lots of space and a small fridge for ice packs.

Restaurant was fabulous and lots for kids to do.

Tents were very close together. Campsite was very noisy when trying to get little ones to sleep late into the night with cars leaving.

First impressions was of a well kept clearly marked open area for people to set There tents or vans up quite quickly and easily. The children’s entertainment with games like the golf and the soft area were very good. The food and the bar area plus the entertainment was very good.

It’s a shame when you have places like this that you cater for everybody but not everybody plays by the rules. On our last visit it seemed that somebody had vandalise both trampolines. The toilets always seem to be needed to be jammed with toilet paper. The water in the wash blocks was also cold as opposed to hot. it seems this was just a means.

The site was very clean staff was very friendly loads of activities to do

Have stayed here a couple of times a year for the last 4-5 years.
Plenty for families to do, nice open space for walks.
Nice pizza’s which are made on site.

The facilities, size of the pitch and the play park.

This is our 2nd year staying at the Marwell resort and we thought we loved it last year, but this year topped it. We stayed on the main field on an electric pitch and it was so lovely being able to watch the children play football, meeting friends within minutes of arriving.

We weren’t too far from the communal toilets or main areas such as the park, mini golf and bar/restaurant.

A resort that we will absolutely be returning to again and again!

Only disappointment this year was there being access to just one freezer that was to accommodate all (camping) on the resort and only ice packs were allowed. This meant we had food that we unfortunately had go off as we expected some communal fridge/freezer facility.

Water pressure and temp in the shower blocks was very hit and Miss.
One day there was no hot water at all.
The sink taps would soak you every time you used them. The facilities were kept nice and clean however.

Well maintained campsite, very helpful and friendly staff, toilets and showers cleaned regulary, shop contained lots of essentials and made a lovely coffee. Bistro, bar and Pizza area had a nice ambience and although we did not eat there, all the food looked delicious. Lots of activities on site and the added football goals for the kids made a nice bonus.

Would have liked to receive a discount on acrivities within the site which are also open the general public.

Not much to be honest
The staff tried hard to keep the toilets clean but the guests always left everything in a mess.
Friendly staff in the bar area.
The kids park and indoor play area were ok.

Dirty showers.
Rude reception lady (dark hair) she was not helpful in the slightest and made you feel like you were an inconvenience.
Tent pitches were so close to each other.
Noise level was not monitored and some tents were up till 2am being very loud.
