Camping and touring

On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/07 and 31/08.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €300,00 (R5 955,42) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

General

• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. between 19/06 - 01/07 and 31/08 - 13/09.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from to between 08/07 et 30/08.

Pool

• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

General

• The bar and/or restaurant is open between 19/09 et 12/09.
• The bar is open between 19/06 and 12/09.
• The games room is open between 19/06 and 12/09.
• The grocery shop is open between 19/06 et 13/06.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 19/06 et 13/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Occupancy

• The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Dogs

• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Vehicles

• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Dogs

• We only allow dogs up to 10kg.

General

• You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy, a fine of €65,00 (R1 290,34) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
