From the manager: È un peccato non comunicare prima di esprimere le proprie lamentele. La sauna viene accesa su richiesta per evitare di riscaldarla tutto il giorno, per ragioni che sicuramente comprenderete, e la scarsa illuminazione del campeggio è dovuta al fatto che il nostro villaggio è un "Villaggio Stellare" (certificato per il suo cielo buio); manteniamo l'illuminazione al minimo per garantire che le stelle rimangano visibili e libere dall'inquinamento luminoso.

Liked Spacious private pitch — very large, peaceful and offered excellent privacy.
Private facilities — a great convenience and made the stay feel more comfortable.
Helpful communication — staff kept in touch promptly and were proactive in updating us.

Disliked Maintenance issues with the private facilities led to an unpleasant smell. Follow‑up leak occurred shortly after the initial fix; cleaners identified it and staff contacted us by voicemail and email to confirm further repairs.
Early departure — despite the team’s efforts, the smell persisted and we chose to leave one night earlier than planned.

Disliked The pitch was too far away from the sanitary block which was a problem for me and too many residential pitches

After checking, your pitch was about 150 metres from the toilet facilities; that seems correct to me. I’m sorry that this caused you any trouble.
Perhaps we could have changed it, subject to availability, if you’d come and told us.
This pitch is often appreciated for its size and the vegetation around it.
Mixing with the residents isn’t a problem.

Liked Close to the river
Could order croissants and bread for the morning
Showers and facilities were clean
Staff were friendly and helpful
Short drive to Chateau de Gaillard
1 hour to Rouen and similar to Monets garden

Disliked Large potholes after driving in, near the entrance.

Liked Great location, next to the banks of the seine and close to great cycle routes. Facilities were good and pitch size was also great. We even had a peach tree on our pitch which was fantastic.

Liked Free pool table, tennis, basket ball, darts, trampoline etc. nice friendly atmosphere.

Disliked Kids need some sort of water splash. The river beach is not an option for children and it's a bit smelly down there as well.

The smell along the banks of the Seine – that happens when it’s hot. I’m sorry about that.

Liked Really nice place, not a lot more to say. Right beside the river Seine.
It’s a static home park with privately divided camping pitches dotted throughout the site. A good balance between both!
The toilets were clean and plenty of them for everyone. Washing up facilities were good.
Disco on Saturday night by the river and plenty of things to do for children.
A cycle path runs through the site with both routes being picturesque.

Disliked Could do with a swimming pool. If there was one, we wouldn’t have left!
