Wow what a site perfect for…
Electric grass pitch
Liked Wow what a site perfect for many reasons, we were visiting relatives in the area. This site is also perfect for an overnight stay when traveling south , we stayed for 3 nights. Jane and Robert made us feel so welcome on arrival, Robert showed us to our pitch and explained everything we needed to know. Clean and more than enough facilities, showers, toilets and washing up areas spotless . There was also a game’s room , we didn’t use it but there was alot to choose from in there. We would definitely recommend this site.

Exceptionally friendly owners of a superb clean site
Electric grass pitch
Liked Lovely site in a lovely village just off motorway. The Owners are probably the most welcoming and friendly people we've come across, they couldn't do more for you.The site has great sized pitches, laundry room, washing up room( with freezer, microwave available) and a quirky little games room, the shower and toilet area is wondeful, incredibly clean, with fresh flowers and sweets .. all air conditioned !
An added bonus on site within a field is an enclosed dog run which is perfect letting your dogs run off leads.
People have said they can hear the motorway.... honestly, you couldn't really hear it, very slight humming in the background ,which never bother us at all.
A short walk into the local village North Newton is a lovely little gem pub called 'harvest Moon' which serves the best carvery on Sundays and other delicious food all week. From there you can take a lovely stroll along the canal.

Electric grass pitch
Liked Everything - cute jars of sweets in the immaculately clean toilets and fresh flowers, the fab games room, plenty of space at the pitches. Friendly, helpful staff, laundry room and well equipped washing up room with microwaves, fridges etc and I know this sounds weird but fairy washing up liquid and tea towels. An enclosed, secure dog excercise area. The small touches make the campsite extra special.

Electric grass pitch
Liked Nearly everything! The staff are lovely and welcoming.
We arrived early Friday morning for a 3 night stay and the staff showed us to our pitch and had a chat with us.
Toilets are the best I have seen at any campsite and are kept very clean and warm.
We had 5 kids with us and they all absolutely loved the game room; they spent many hours in there playing with all the games.
For a bank holiday weekend it was very quiet which was great. Choice of 2 beaches within a 30 minute drive also which is a bonus.
We also purchased 12 farm fresh eggs on site and they were very tasty.
Disliked The only thing I found was that the showers are hot and you cannot control the temperature (would rather have that, than freezing cold one like most other campsites).
I had to use a bucket to wash my 2 year old as the water was too hot for him.
