What customers say
A well-run, clean, friendly adults-only site with great facilities like spacious pitches and clean showers. Staff are helpful, the food at Poppy's and Gordon's bar are good, and the minibus is handy. Some road noise and limited bar hours off-season were noted. Many guests want to come back.

Nice size pitches…
Electric gravel touring pitch
Liked Nice size pitches
Disliked Restaurant limited opening especially on a Sunday with limited menu
Recommend to friends Visit again
From the manager: We are not sure what is meant by limited opening as Poppies was open nightly during your stay. However, in high season the restaurant would be open for longer hours each evening. Perhaps they closed a little early for your needs on this visit? We have made Poppies aware of your comments and we hope that this will not deter you from visiting us again when you are next in the area.
Good site liked the bar and the restaurant on site and the shop
Electric gravel touring pitch
Liked Good pitches really clean site and toilets a massive plus
Disliked Having to.pay for WiFi so we didnt but other sites have free WiFi
Recommend to friends Visit again
From the manager: We are very pleased to hear that you have liked the facilities on offer here. We hope you got some nights in the bar too as a cracking long weekend has been had by all. Regarding the wifi, it is beamed onto the park via an outside company which is why a charge is made by them for using the service. We are not currently in a position to make any changes to this arrangement and hope are glad this is the only dislike you have of our park. We hope to see you again in the near future.
