Single-sex bookings of 4 or more people (excluding couples) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Bookings must not be for more than 14 consecutive nights.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
- A cable measuring at least 5 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- Units longer than 6.5 metres are not allowed.
- Minimum spacing of 6 metres between pitches.
- If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
- Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
- There is no reception on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Electric grass tent, campervan or trailer tent pitch
Liked Very relaxed site with good clean facilities. A beautiful quiet location. The children really enjoyed the swings and paddling in the stream.

Liked Small site, large plots, kids play area was great with a den, swings and tree swing, quiet location not too far from shops etc. if needed. Easy to check in and hosts came round to say hi and check we were ok.
Toilets/showers were always clean.
Disliked They advertise a microwave on site which we nearly planned to use for dinner Friday evening but luckily didn’t as we couldn’t find it.

Were several bulbs out over the ladies showers which made things a bit dark.

Clean site and toilets. Water easily accessed.
Disliked Very noisy stream and animals, no barrier between play area and stream.

Liked This was a perfect little campsite. We stayed on an electric pitch and it had everything we needed for a long weekend. The toilets and showers were clean and warm. There was a freezer and fresh produce to buy and we especially loved the fire buckets. Great area for walks. We will definitely be back to stay.
