Lovely, peaceful spot with loads of space, and the team's super helpful. Food and coffee at the cafe are top-notch. Facilities generally clean, though one person in Aug '25 found showers "dire" (manager says they'll be fixed for 2026). More activity hub than classic park, but a brilliant base for Cornwall.

10/10. I thought it was a great find and would stay again.

Liked Small scale. Well landscaped with private spots, not just a large open field. Big plus was the on site smart destination cafe offering excellent food and coffee. The quarry adventure park with zip wires etc adds another dimension and something to explore. It looked really well run and would be a big plus for families. Clean toilet / shower facilities with phone charging and freezer for refrezzing ice blocks. Did blackberry picking. Happy to recommend.
Disliked Disliked nothing. May have been lucky as, although it was August, very few others camping so had it pretty much to myself.

We loved our stay! The pitch…

Liked We loved our stay! The pitch was nicely sheltered, and the on-site café served fantastic coffee and breakfast with friendly, welcoming staff and great views. Before our arrival, a lovely lady even called to make sure we had clear directions, which was really helpful. Highly recommend!
Disliked The only downside was that the showers were a bit dire, but overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

We are sorry that the shower facilities didn’t meet your expectations. They were fully cleaned daily, but if the issue was linked to some of the doors which had broken and had been replaced with shower curtains, we are looking to refurbish/replace these for 2026.

Disliked It was more of an activity centre with a camp site added to it which we hadn’t quite understood until we got there. Good as a place to pitch your tent and explore Cornwall from rather than spend time at the site
