Liked: Spacious site and pitches, clean toilets, amazing hosts, great location (in forrest but close to coast and a great pub next door), kids can feed animals

Walk round the farm with Farmer John, massive area in middle of field to play, 15 pitches, very nice

Liked: Was kept communicated through email due to the bad weather and when arrived they were so lovely and welcoming. Basic field with washing up facilities, and could go and see and stroke the farm animals.
We left early and didn’t end up staying the night due to the storm and rain but would definitely go back again.

Liked: Lovely, friendly owners on a simple quiet site. Portaloos and a tap was functional and clean. Nice to see some farm animals and look at the stars in peace :)

Liked: Does exactly what it said on the tin, quiet, friendly owners.
Disliked: Obviously you go there with eyes wide open. The facilities are very basic, especially without showers. This means that it's not realistically possible to stay for long. not a criticism at all, just stating fact. if showers were added it could be transformative.

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. We appreciate showers may be a decider for people. We only open this season for three nights at a time, so many guests have a wet wipe stash to get them through! We are completely off grid and we feel the showers we could provide would not be to the standard we aim to offer our guests.
We hope you will think of us if you come to enjoy your hobby in the local area again.
