What customers say
This neat spot boasts ample, flat pitches with great views and superb tidiness. Guests rave about the modern, spotless loos and showers, welcoming staff, and handy shop. Doggy facilities, like a field and wash-up, are a big hit. Fire pits and the Saturday pizza get a special mention. Perfect for exploring the Dales.

Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Very large open space which was beautifully quiet and serene. Clean and very nice facilities including showers and toilets. Very welcoming owners, would definitely return as location from A65 makes a good stop off if going further north/afield. Good WiFi as well which came in handy.

We’re really pleased you all enjoyed your stay, despite the weather not being quite so helpful for the solar power! Glad the information room came in handy for keeping you charged up.
It’s great to hear you enjoyed the food too, and The Game Cock is certainly a lovely little walk from the site.
Thank you again for your kind words about the site and our team. We really appreciate it and look forward to welcoming you all back again soon.

Liked The facilities were amazing! Always clean.
We ordered the pizza and burger in Saturday and tasted amazing and went down a treat with all specially after a long day out.

This is the best site we've stayed at this summer.
Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Friendly staff, beey excellent facilities, and a brilliant atmosphere. The views were incredible and the pitches were massive. The place is dog feiendly and there's a football pitch and dog run. We're definitely going to book again.
Disliked The only thing i can say here is that there's no club house/bar. But there's a pub a short walk away. And it does food too.

While we don’t have a clubhouse or bar, we’re lucky to have some lovely pubs nearby, so it’s great to hear you found one within a short walk that also serves food.
