Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.- A charge of £0.50 (R11.48) applies for the use of the shower.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- The games room is open between 01/03 and 31/10.
- Rental accommodation: Electricity is metered on site at £0.18 per kWh via a coin-operated meter in place. The meters accept £1 and £2 coins only. Guests with touring vehicles will be asked to use their own toilet and shower facilities. The toilet/shower facilities are a few minutes' walk from the camping area, so may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. The tea room and takeaway is open Friday to Sunday, except the following dates when it will be open every day: 05 to 22 April, 24 May to 01 June, 23 July to 03 September and 24 October to 02 November 2025. Please note that renovation works are currently taking place on site, but the pitches and facilities are not affected.

A friendly, family-run spot with a chill vibe. Staff are helpful, facilities are clean and good value. Great for beach access and exploring. Kids love the play areas and cafe. Liked Nice campsite close to the sea if you walk down the path and across two fields. Facilities were adequate but I don't know what they would be like in high season as there were only two toilets and two showers in the ladies and three toilets and two showers in the gents. Lovely touch having a tea room on site. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The pitches are very spacious and level.
Disliked The only dislike I have is the long walk to the toilets.

Liked Wonderful staff, very clean and so peaceful. A short walk to the beach or some lovely walks around local woods. There is a reason a keep coming back and can’t wait for the site to open again next year.

From the manager: Ok first of all, walk to bus stop? You come out of the site turn right and across the road is a lay-by where the bus will happily stop to take you towards Sutton or if you wait at the front of the site the bus will stop to take you towards Skegness. I can’t understand how much closer you’d like a bus stop, I’m sorry I don’t have a bus stop inside my site just for you.
Dogs off leads. If you had come and spoken to us about this we could have sorted that out but no you leave it until you have gone and then don’t give us the chance to rectify it and leave a nasty review.

The warden and owner were friendly and helpful.
Also there’s a lay-by 300 yards from the main entrance, the local bus (number 59) will pick up / drop off and it accepts dogs 🙂🐶
Disliked I couldn’t find any faults.

Liked - the track to the toilets etc is illuminated with pathlights and fairy lights
- the staff are very friendly and helpful
- the cafe on site is very good
- the facilities are well labelled and easy to use
- there's a direct path from the campsite to the beach, one does not need to walk along a road
Disliked The layout of the washroom/toilet is such that one can't have a wash at the sink without risking being seen from outside.
Showers are charged at 50p per 5 minutes - whether hot or cold.
