Beautiful views, friendly staff, clean toilet/ shower block.

Can't think of anything. Maybe the steep, narrow road to get there but it was all part of the fun.

Camp was clean.

Difficult to find a flat area to pitch tent.

The roads leading to site are very narrow and steep. The main hill leading out of the campsite was a nightmare, it was very steep with sharp bends, if a car was travelling towards you passing was not easy. It is difficult to drive around the area and a bit too far from the town to walk.

Felt safe, lots of families having fun. Great clean shower blocks. plenty of toilets etc.

Beautiful views of the distant moors.

Grass was very long and had thistles growing in it, basically a sloping field in which to camp. Very noisy with young children and groups of young people. A problematic night for many with a loud, drunken fight in the early hours, but this did not affect me.

The toilets and shower facilities, the views were amazing.

Relaxed common sense approach to operating a campsite. Value for money for the pitch. Ease of choosing where we’d like to camp. Space available. Value for money in the shop. Good coffee in the morning. Wildlife to be found and heard around the site. Being able to have campfires. Whenever I needed a sink, washing up space, toilet, shower or charging point, one was always available. I liked the improved security available for charging devices. WiFi availability and the shop but not the whole site so it is possible to have a good digital detox without having to lose the modern convenience/necessity of a phone. The location is great for accessing local beaches and attractions.
I’ve been here before and liked it even more on returning and would definitely be very happy to come here again and again.

A couple of campers who set up around one of the two public water taps so it became their private water point and to go and use it one basically had to just walk into their group space. Perhaps people could be encouraged to not do this

Lovely site, plenty of space for the kids to run around, great little shop & cafe reasonably priced with friendly staff.
