Liked: Everything, excellent professionally run site everything spotless well maintained very friendly helpful staff toilets immaculate great shop on site to get a few basics had a really nice breakfast roll before we set off great location for exploring the new forest short walk to the nearby town where you can get groceries go out for a meal, takeaway or bars. definitely coming back here again

Liked: A lovely welcome site, very clean and well kept. Facilities were spotless and easily accessible. The little shop has lovely fresh coffee and pastries which I recommend.
The town is a short walk with pubs, restaurants and take aways which were welcoming.
We travelled with 2 dogs and they enjoyed the walks, including a walk through the forest which was a short drive away.
We will definitely return to Greenacres.Disliked: –

Liked: The facilities were okay but not enough.If your pitch was at the far end of the fields you had a very long walk to the toilets. It was also very hilly.
Disliked: The curfew rules were not Marshall people were talking and drinking till way after midnight.

I am sorry that you felt let down but can assure you that the curfew rules are marshalled. Additionally, our noise policy and telephone number is clearly shared with all our guests who are advised to call us if the policy is not being adhered to. It is a shame that you did not call or make us aware of anyone breaking our rules as we would have dealt with it whilst you were on site. The walk from your pitch to the facilities is less that a minute, sadly with the torrential downpours during your stay, I can understand that this felt much further and am sorry to hear that you would not return.

Disliked: Access on to site was up a steep muddy potholed gravel drive not impressed 😒 woken at 6am by screaming children and parents couldn't care less .apart from that it was OK left a day early 😫
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you appreciated the amenities – we strive to maintain high standards. With that in mind we are sorry to hear about the noise disturbance - we had only 2 children on-site during your stay, having cancelled most of our grass bookings due to the yellow weather warning so are a bit surprised, but understand that disruptions do affect rest. I am sure the relentless rain and thunderstorms did not help. It’s unfortunate that we didn’t have the chance to address your concerns in person during your stay, we certainly would have addressed the noise issue. Our noise policy is made clear to all our guests - it is a shame when some ignore it.
The track is a work in progress - we appreciate that is does require some improvements - it's next on the list over the winter.
We do hope you will visit again.

Liked: Clean tidy campsite with good facilities. Easy access to local footpaths. Good onsite shop serving great coffee and bacon and egg butties as well as basic provisions. Staff very friendly. Nice table and benches under cover by the site shop which was great for sitting out in.

We had clear pollution free skies which was great at night
Easy access to town along path accessible from the site with choice of nice pubs cafes shops and takeawaysDisliked: Toilet was a bit of a state on the first day but had to be the guests cause it was alot better on the Saturday and Sunday. Smelt like the cess pit was venting near our tent when it was calm, but it was fine with a gentle breeze
