Liked Lovely simple site. Generous and helpful owner, he was happy to let my sister, who was staying in Borth, park at our pitch when we met to go to the dunes at Ynyslas - a short walk away. Showers clean and had helpful hooks and benches to keep your stuff dry.

Disliked The passing train is loud but we were warned that where we pitched was right next to the tracks and we didn’t mind it - I have earplugs for night anyway. But if things like that bother you then pitch further away from it - there are plenty of different areas!

Liked Lovely flat pitch, lovely clean facilities - I really liked the door tie back system so that the showers and loos got lots of air and you could tell whether they were free from a distance. Lovely owner who was friendly and gave us great suggestions for where to eat and drink etc. Tasty eggs and nice to see the chickens.

Liked Lovely simple flat field. Lovely grass. A surprising lack of biting insects. Clean loos and showers. Great location for exploring local Howardian Hills and North York Moors national parks. Nice pub a short walk away. Welcoming hosts.
