Colwyn Bay, Conwy, Wales
Power optional concrete slab caravan site
Liked The phone signal was good.
Disliked The toilets and shower block were very unclean. To the point we didn’t use them at all. It was also quite a noisy Site, with other guests not caring what time it was making noise.

Lochgilphead, Argyll, Scotland
Powered grass and gravel motorhome site
Liked We were the only ones on the site due to staying late October. This meant we didn’t have to share the facilities with anyone. There is a pub a short 15 minute walk away which was lovely and the food was lovely. There is also a small village shop nearby and a cafe called ‘Lucy’s’ which was unfortunately closed on the days we stayed, but it looked lovely.
Disliked Toilet/shower cold due to being in wooden hut, but they were clean. Water tap had large tap attached which meant filling up water bottles was difficult. I understand why they had it though for filling motorhomes.

Wick, Caithness, Scotland
Powered grass tent or motorhome site (large)
Liked Shower had a button which stayed on instead of having to press all the time.
It’s close to the centre of Wick.
Disliked Showers were too small and overall could do with updating.
Very noisy site due to lots of children.
