Liked Absolutely fabulous campsite. We loved the way that camping plots have been mown into the long grass, with little trees dotted around, so that you felt cocooned in your own area of nature, and could hardly see other campers from your spot. The mattresses were really comfortable and we all slept so well. Em and Dave are great hosts and we appreciated the firepit and ability to rent a BBQ for the night. Our daughters (10 and 12) loved the routine of each morning going to the barn to buy a coffee, then walking back to our tent for breakfast, and then going to feed the alpacas. Saturday night pizza night in the barn was great too. This is a perfect campsite if you like family bike rides. One day we cycled from the campsite to join the Water Rail Way Trail to cycle to Boston and back. It's a fab traffic free cycle way with smooth tarmac along the river. The second day we drove to Bardney and picked up the Water Rail Way trail again there, this time cycling to Lincoln and back. Also, the bubble car museum near the campsite is a great place to visit.
