Liked The staff were friendly and really helpful, the location was stunning with views of the mountains all around, the campsite was very clean and tidy and very well kept. The site was so quiet, especially at night, and dark, which we loved! (bring a torch!) The walks along the river from the camp site were great and we enjoyed swimming in the lake and visiting the copper mine nearby. Beddgelert is only a 15 minute walk away in the opposite direction, which is well worth a visit. It is only small and quaint, but it has a village shop which sells all your essentials, and several cafes, pubs and gift shops.

Disliked Nothing! We loved everything about this camp site and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Liked The size of pitches were big, and water and electric were right next to the pitch. The cleanliness of the whole site was brilliant, and the toilets and shower block were always clean. The staff were friendly on check in and nothing was too much trouble for them, you just had to ask. The walk along the river to Settle was lovely and there were many other footpaths to take directly from the site, so a walkers paradise! The pub was also lovely- and the food was amazing! I would definitely recommend this site. We will be back!

Liked Exceptional site, quiet, well cared for, level pitches with easy reach of electric, water and picnic table. shower cubicles and toilets the cleanest I’ve ever used, curtain separating shower area and changing area keeping clothes dry is a bonus. Loved the pizzas on Friday evening, would recommend. Plenty of walks straight from the site so left the camper van on site. Enjoyed the Sunday roast at the local Pub in Wrelton just 5 minutes away (dogs welcome). We really enjoyed our stay!

Liked Nice quiet site. Loved the location, plenty of walks from the site, pub just down the road. Site was well kept, clean and tidy, showers were hot, owners were helpful. We will return.
