Liked Everything was excellent. Staff were welcoming and polite, with lots of recommendations and knowledge about the local area. Pitches were a good size and toilets/showers were well maintained. Farm shop and bakery were lovely and well worth a visit. Loved the walk around the lake.

Liked Really spacious pitches and a lovely location. Woodlands nearby made for great walks. Dog friendly and a nice place to explore. Staff were so so welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Disliked Washing up water was cold, which made it difficult to clean things (and painful for the hands). Only hot water was in the showers

Liked Pitches were level, washing up facilities were great, toilets and showers were clean. Good location for Buckfast Abbey and Dartmoor

Disliked First pitch we tried was waterlogged and we got stuck in the mud. Took a long time to get out to find a safe place to park. Definitely recommend getting out and investigating spaces for firm ground before parking after rain

Liked Spacious pitches and could park wherever we liked. Toilet and shower block was clean and the water was warm. Good washing up facilities

Liked Everything. The staff were warm and welcoming, and so friendly. On the Saturday there was a pop up bar in the woods with hot dogs and drinks. The food was amazing! Pitches were a great size and the toilets were clean and tidy. Great location for exploring the south downs. Highly recommend

Liked Great location, beautiful campsite. Good toilet facilities and lovely to have picnic benches (covered and open air) to use as needed. Really warm welcome and sharing of local information and walking trails meant that we felt right at home quickly.
