Liked Dark skies for stars

Disliked Poor small shop Not enough showers Paid for electric pitch but when we came back after day out there were no hook ups free Nowhere to walk to No WiFi unless you pay

From the manager: I am sorry that you felt the need to give us such a bad review and request a refund for your second night due to someone plugging into the electric point that you had used prior to going out for the day. If you had phoned us we could have sorted the electric out for you without the need to move pitches as your pitch was not occupied by someone else. This was a situation that could have been easily rectified by us had you told us whilst you was onsite and not through an email or bad review once you had left the site. Because of this I am not going to offer you a refund for the second night as you have requested in your email. As for the shop, we receive many compliments on it being a well stocked shop for basic requirements so i am sorry this also didn't meet your expectations. Our campsite is clearly advertised as being on a farm in the countryside, hence how you had dark skies for stars, so there are many walks around, again had you asked us we could have helped.
