Liked Everything. Great site. Attentive & pleasant staff. Easy walk into Dawlish, which is a wonderful place. Especially liked the food van. Wasn’t expecting to be able to get curry topped chips at 7:40 when we’d had a horrendous journey.

Disliked The weight I’ve put on eating sundaes from the food van!!!! Forgot our levellers. 😞

From the manager: Hi Jane, We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay! I'm afraid the "tone" of an email is all down to the reader and not the author. A huge amount of hard work goes into repairing our grass pitches so they are ready for the coming year, we have recently treated the pitches with a weedkiller and have fresh seed down which would not take if we have people constantly walking over it. It is just a polite notice and not intended to cause offence. We do hope we can welcome you back and thank you for your review :) Best Wishes

Liked Lovely peaceful setting. Great communication & information. Facilities clean & lots of extras (washer, drier, microwave).

Disliked That the coffee van wasn’t there on the day we were!

Liked Farm setting, cows in the field opposite. Peace & tranquility. Great pub up here road.

Disliked We were on a slope & I kept rolling off the bed on the night! Our fault, should have taken levellers.

Liked The proximity to Land’s End & the pub up the road.

Disliked Pitch we were allocated very open to the element & very little space either side of the van. Toilets & showers in desperate need of upgrading. I was standing in ‘fluid’ when I went to the toilet and two of the four showers seemed to be permanently locked.

Liked Site not too big. Underfloor heating in toilets. Gloriously clean & luxurious showers. Great to not have to arrive at 4pm! We managed to enjoy a long day out before arriving.

Disliked When there were loads of empty pitches ours was next to the road.

Liked Great clubhouse, choice of food & entertainment although we couldn’t play bingo etc as there were no seats left.

Disliked Length of time showers are on. Ten minutes is unnecessary & meant waiting around.
