Liked: Excellent site in the FoD - we loved how easy it was to walk straight from the site (the route to Symonds Yat was v easy to follow) and we could walk to local pubs. Highly recommend the White Horse Inn. Also lovely having deer roaming the site!
The staff at the site were all very friendly and helpful with questions about the local area. There is a handy small shop on site and just along the access the road the larger visitor centre with shop and cafe. We would definitely stay again.
Disliked: The toilet/shower blocks could do with updating (stars removed for that).

Liked: Great site. Lots of open space to explore through the Forest. The deer free-roaming through the site was just lovely.
The staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. All facilities are heated, which was great as its was super cold. The showers could do with an update but they are perfectly functional. Lots and lots to visit in the area. Do research prior to going as the signal is either very weak (at best) or non-existent (which is even better)Disliked: Nothing to dislike - wonderful area

Liked: The deer were literally eating outside our motorhome. It was awesome we walked the perimeter of the woods and seen plenty of animals/birds in was in my elements to be honest.. we will be back in better weather for sure...
Disliked: Unfortunately storm Bert arrived a day into our stay and we mostly stayed in playing scrabble. And consuming vodka#syrictly for medicinal purposes you see..

Disliked: Nothing much really ,it was real foggy on our over night stay , maybe a depart by noon instead of 11 would have been better.

Thanks for the great feedback. Our latest arrival is usually around 9.30pm, however the office may not be manned during the winter months, but there is a radio bell for guests if it is closed so a member of the team can come and welcome you to check in.
However, we do not recommend pitching in the dark!
We cannot accept arrivals after the entrance gates are secured at 10.30pm.
