Staff are very friendly and helpful

I originally booked this site for its location and facilities, this included bike hire.
I was very disappointed to discover that they weren't doing bike hire, despite this being advertised on their website.
Very misleading...

Hardstanding pitches really clean (recently resurfaced). 2 mile loop bike ride surrounding the campsite, ideal for walks with the family and dogs. Lovely quiet campsite with beautiful views over the treetops.

Cleanliness, selection of pitches

2 out of 3 facility blocks were shut and locked, so we had to go to the other end of site to use toilet or shower

Friendly and efficient staff, extremely supportive on arrival, site ablutions clean and well maintained. Pitches are well presented with adequate wastewater disposal area’s & freshwater standpoint. Great service, pitches set in a fantastic eco friendly location.
