Great support from the site staff, friendly and helpful. Site location in the Forest is peaceful and well situated for hiking and walking. Our first use of a Pod was a great experience and it was good to have electricity for lighting and boiling the kettle. Have camped for years so this was a bit of an upgrade now that we are older. Have been to Bracelands in a tent before and always enjoyed ourselves.

Nothing really other than location of sockets in the Pod beneath a shelf which made it tricky to access……..first world problem!

Plenty of space available and were able to camp alongside our friends. Staff were very friendly, obliging and accommodating! Amazing walks on the doorstep of the campsite! Pizza van on Saturday night, run by really lovely people! Toilets and showers all clean and working well.

The very relaxed atmosphere and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. I’m afraid I didn’t get the name of the guy who welcomed us when we arrived onsite (it would be great if you could find out and tell us please). We loved the fact that we could choose our own pitch. There was no pressure to vacate the pitch by 11am 😊🥳

Unlevel pitches but we worked around it
The only thing I would say about the cleanliness is that you could do with going around getting rid of all the spider webbs around windows etc. apart from that the facilities were very clean.

Friendly staff, beautiful location, facilities to handle a large number of visitors, bike trails down to delightful Symonds Yat.

Some showers were cold.

Second visit and loved it. Staff help direct us to a quieter area which we know is hard on such a busy site. Will definitely be back again in the future. Perfect for our forest runs and dog walks.
