Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 20 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 25 or over.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 5 day(s) of arrival.

General

• Bookings for RV sites must not be for more than 21 consecutive nights.
• Bookings must not be for more than 21 consecutive nights.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Safety

• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.

Dogs

• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a US$150.00 ($247.78) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorised in advance on the card used to make your booking.

Safety

• If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Taxes

• Local city/eco tax is included in the rate.

Pitches

• Minimum spacing of 10 metres between pitches.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a US$25.00 ($41.30) fee.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Safety

• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

General

• Please note that the shower facilities are unisex.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is unmanned after 10 p.m.. Please inform the campground while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Safety

• Swimming in the lake is allowed.

General

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Arrivals and departures

• The campground/park will send you further check-in information 2 day(s) before your arrival.

• The fishing lakes are stocked with Trout.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

• There is no reception building on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

General

• This campground/park Does not have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.
• This campground/park has no on-site toilet facilities.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Vehicles

• Units longer than 45 metres are not allowed.

General

• You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of US$75.00 ($123.89) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
