Scenic Waterway is a spacious dog-friendly site on a park-like waterfront setting. In a fairly quiet suburban area, the property has around an acre of green space.
Unwind on the bench swing or sit down for a picnic on the outdoor seating and tables. You may very well get hungry after a day of using the kayak launch and fishing areas on site.
This is a very orderly, clean property where guests must be presentable (no smoking or heavy vaping, please). Friendly dogs are welcome, as the owner is a single, early-retired Army intel with two friendly dogs who frequently play off-leash. There are a few rules for guests including no clothes lines being permitted and all vehicles needing to be in good working order (no repairs needed and no leaks).
The owner has lived in a campervan full-time for six years from 2016 to 2021, during which time he travelled most of the United States and Canada, and he also has a customised campervan he uses to go north in the summer. With his experience, he’s created a convenient set-up with amenities such as potable well water (filtered and softened) and rubbish and recycling bins.
