Good family vibe, shaded pitches. Handy for pools/sports. Toilets, showers, staff great, but facilities a bit old. Some found flies an issue. Good stopover or base for exploring.

Liked Trato excepcional, posibilidad de escoger parcela, parcelas con sombra y delimitadas, piscina e instalaciones que merece la pena visitar, etc... además está muy cerca del complejo acuático de Valencia de don Juan lo que lo hace ideal para hacer noche si vas a las piscinas.

Disliked Por desgracia tuvimos unos vecinos algo ruidosos pero eso no es culpa del camping

Liked El camping de siempre llevado por chavales con ganas. Piscinas de Valencia de Don Juan al lado, piscina propia prefecta. Ambiente familiar muy guay para que los/las pekes hagan amigos/as y se lo pasen genial. Volveremos sin duda.

Disliked Instalaciones limpias pero sin reformar (llevo desde niño yendo a este camping) y precio no actualizado en pitchup, lo niños mayores de 1 año Sí pagan, cuando está puesto en la app mayores de 4 años.

Local attractions

On the road to Valencia de Don Juan, a five-minute drive from the site, is a water park with multiple pools, water slides and spraying mushrooms where the kids can turn into little prunes on hot summer’s days. The complex also includes an adventure course with routes for children and adults, and plenty of grassy areas in which to unfurl a towel. Explore the Monasterio de Santa María de Sandoval (35 minutes’ drive), taking in its decorative portal and simple stone cloister. Built in the 12th century by Cistercian monks, the monastery was abandoned in 1835 and slowly fell into disrepair. Stroll through the town centre in Léon (35 minutes), past elegant buildings with wrought-iron balconies and oversized windows. The Gothic cathedral comes with an ornate cloister lined with statues, while the Antoni Gaudí-designed Casa Botines houses artworks by the likes of Dalí and Goya.
