Camping and touring

On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 08/05 and 30/08.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €400.00 ($739.17) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

General

• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 04/04 and 28/09.

Pitches

• Sites: a €20.00 ($36.96) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

Pool

• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

Occupancy

• The campground/park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• The grocery shop is open between 04/04 and 28/09.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 08/05 and 15/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Vehicles

• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Pitches

• Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.

Arrivals and departures

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Dogs

• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €60.00 ($110.88) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
