Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 2 day(s) of arrival.

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/06 and 30/08.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.

• Guests under the age of 0 are not allowed on site.

Dogs

• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €430.00 ($818.03) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 30 days of arrival and will be refunded within 0 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• Hired accommodation: a €430.00 ($854.53) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The site will contact you for your card details so that the deposit is pre-authorised on the card used to make your booking.

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the Restaurant.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.

• Open fires are prohibited.

• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.

• Public areas are non-smoking.

Reception

• Reception is closed from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. between 05/07 and 30/08.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 01/04 and 04/07.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. between 30/08 and 30/09.
• Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the campground while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Pitches

• Sites: a €30.00 ($57.07) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

Pool

• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

General

• The bar is open between 01/04 and 30/09.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dog Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

• The campground/park will send you further check-in information 2 day(s) before your arrival.

Vehicles

• The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

General

• The grocery shop is open between 01/04 and 30/09.

Pool

• The indoor swimming pool is open between 01/04 and 30/09.

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 30/06 and 30/09 (subject to weather conditions).

• There is no reception at this campground/park. Please check-in at the Accueil instead.

• The restaurant is open between 01/04 and 30/09.

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €100.00 ($190.24) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
