On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

General

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 04/04 and 14/09.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €400.00 ($798.57) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The site will contact you for your card details so that the deposit is pre-authorised on the card used to make your booking.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between midnight and 7 a.m..

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

General

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between midnight and 7 a.m..

Pool

• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

General

• The bar is open between 04/04 and 14/09.

Occupancy

• The campground/park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dog Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

General

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Vehicles

• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

Pool

• The indoor swimming pool is open between 04/04 and 14/09.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Arrivals and departures

• There is no reception at this campground/park. Please check-in at the La réception instead.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Dogs

• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €200.00 ($388.24) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
