Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 5 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

• Entertainment and activities are available between 12/07 and 22/08.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 6 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).

Safety

• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €420.00 ($768.68) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 0 days of arrival and will be refunded within 3 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the snack.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No electric barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Safety

• Only one parent/child pair at a time may use each structure in the play area.
• Open fires are prohibited.

• Please note that the shower facilities are unisex.

Extras

• Please select an electric hook-up if you wish to hire a fridge.

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 12/04 and 12/07.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. between 12/07 and 23/08.

General

• Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the campground/park is able to relet your unit/site.

Pitches

• Sites: a €20.00 ($36.60) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

Safety

• Swimming in the lake is allowed.

General

• The bar is open between 01/05 and 15/09.

Occupancy

• The campground/park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Vehicles

• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

General

• The games room is open between 01/07 and 27/09.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 12/07 and 30/08.
• This is a quiet campground/park: no music is allowed.

Vehicles

• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

• Units heavier than 3500 are not allowed.

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 10:30 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

• You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €60.00 ($109.81) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
