On-site accommodation

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €250.00 ($513.16) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The site will contact you for your card details so that the deposit is pre-authorised on the card used to make your booking.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.

Reception

• Reception is open from 10 a.m. to noon and from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. between 15/04 - 14/07 and 01/09 - 15/10.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 15/07 and 30/08.

Pool

• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 15/05 and 15/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Arrivals and departures

• Units will be allocated on arrival.
