At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.- The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/04 and 31/10 (subject to weather conditions).
- Reception is unmanned after 4 p.m.. Please inform the campground while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- The campground/park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
- Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
- Electricity is metered on site at £0.35 per kWh and must be paid onsite using the app.

Liked We loved it. We visited about three years ago, and the difference now is fantastic. It’s great that dogs are now welcome in the designated pub area — perfect for us.
The WiFi is strong and reliable, which is a big plus as I often work from my van. There’s also a great TV signal if you want to use it.
Disliked Nothing, it's pne of the best park's we have been to and so local to us.

Nice site would go back if taking car as well to get out and about.

Liked Friendly staff, clean site with level hardstanding pitches. Pool on site and showers close by lovely and warm.
Disliked Charges for electricity, not a great deal locally outside the campsite and limited if you don’t have your own transport so make sure you take everything you need.

Disliked The misleading information on the Internet when selecting the various pictures for a fully serviced pitch difference between that and the lower level pitch was 10 pounds per night, which misled us to believe that this would include electricity and we had a terrible time sorting the app as the couple that we came with, also had the same issue and we now cannot get our balance back. This was whilst booking on the pitch up app as we were in a camper van. We only needed water locally from a tap and electricity of course which we expected was on the fully service pitch. We did not require waste disposal, and the pictures were no different. Please arrange for a goodwill refund of 40 pounds the balance, which will compensate for the misunderstanding.
Also, no bar snacks were a real letdown for example, sandwiches or chips would have been a basic good option

Liked Spacious pitch 61 near to amenities shower block etc which was spotless well kept site staff constantly busy throughout the day we found all staff exceptionally friendly and helpful can’t comment on Bar but looked busy at the weekend weather not on our side so didn’t make use of the pool glamping pods looked new a mixture of tourers, motorhomes, rented caravans and owner owned would recommend 5 minutes to Dinas Dinille Beach the scenery is beautiful Fish and Chips little shop on the beach carpark is exceptional will visit again
Disliked The only criticism is ladies showers each shower cubicle could do with a bench or seat difficulty in trying to put shoes on etc

Liked Great site… didn’t use the facilities but will next time. . Lovely welcome from reception…very helpfull. Clean spacious site. No complaints. Entertainment. Nice clubhouse. Reasonable bar prices.

Neat to the beach and the facilities were kept clean. The pool was a great addition to our mini break
Disliked One of the showers were slow to clear leaving a small flood was not a big deal at all. The staff were friendly and helpful
