Liked Well laid out pitches - we were on a hard standing pitch. The facilities were thoughtfully put together and very clean - the shower block was excellent. James, who we spoke to, was very friendly and helpful. There is a steep ramp to get on and out so be mindful if you have a big unit. Loved the place and would definitely go back.

Liked The views
Disliked The owner came across very abrupt about where he wanted us to pitch up and put the car to the point he stood and watched to make sure it was being done correctly. I felt like I was back at school again with all the rules and regulations so I ended up leaving and finding somewhere more relaxed and welcoming

From the manager: Thanks for the kind feedback about the views.
I was on site when the customer arrived. She ignored all signs, was driving too fast and I had to stand out and abruptly stop the car.
The customer had booked a small tent pitch which is usually for back packers and because the customer had a bigger tent I said the difference for a larger tent would have to be paid for.
I guided the customer with the car to park where a tent had been before, this gives the grass a chance to regrow.
The customer complained about other tents that were 15 meters away as being too close and wanted to tent on the dog walking area.
All we ask is that customer's book the correct pitch for the size of tent or motorhome they are bringing and come slowly into the site for safety and stop by the sign that says "On arrival please ring James for assistance".
