What customers say

Great Welsh campsite! Immaculately clean with top facilities. Friendly owners, stunning scenery, and peaceful vibes. Kids love the play areas and baby lambs! Wind on access roads, patchy mobile signal, but Wi-Fi's available. Highly recommended for a chill break.

Fully-serviced grass site

Liked Located in a quiet part of the Welsh countryside which may not suit everyone but was ideal for us. Individual electric hook up and water supply to each pitch. Toilet and shower facilities with communal fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer, absolutely first class. Staff friendly and helpful. Site also has it's own fishing lakes. Very affordable.

Disliked Had a slight problem connecting with WiFi using PayPal, it said connected but it was intermittent. Not a major problem though. Would definitely stay here again, maybe in one of their lodges.

Fully-serviced grass site

Liked Beautiful and quiet site with very friendly owners. Brilliant facilities - some of the best we’ve ever used! Spacious pitches - and best of all, no phone signal or internet!

Disliked Not a dislike, but just to note that we were told Llanfair Caerinion is closer than Welshpool for supplies if needed!

Fully-serviced grass site

Liked Spacious pitch in a quiet area—at night, we could hear nothing but the sheep, which didn’t bother us at all. The toilets were very clean and never busy. A water tap was conveniently available next to the pitch. We forgot the pump for our air tent, but the owners came to help immediately and brought their pump. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future

Disliked Wi‑Fi is available for an additional fee, £3 per device per day, which is rather expensive.

Fully-serviced grass site

Liked Absolutely amazing site! Very clean plenty of space and the peace and quiet was bliss!

Toilet and shower facilities where kept immaculate and the fresh smell when walking in was so refreshing, the tent pitches where very spacious most tent plots had water just behind them with the electric hookup points.

The park was a hit with our children who enjoyed plenty of time there with lots for them to do, the hill embankment behind the tent pitches was also another hit being able to watch the sunset over the fields and see the sheep in the field next to us.

Park owers/workers where very friendly and welcoming and we would definitely return to this site. We stayed 3 nights for just a short break to reset before the school/work rush again in september and it was just what we needed!

Option of WiFi when arriving for a small charge but we wasn't bothered about having our phones as we came to get away from everything for a few days.

Disliked Already new this before booking as we do research on the area, there isn't much around the site in terms of days out/towns closest town was 30 min drive but as I said we new this already and chose this site for a quiet chilled no rush few days away

Liked We had a great stay lovely campsite clean and good facilities

Disliked Didn't make sense the WiFi I think it should be included in the price for the stay and I think they should be rules about the noise it was very noisy with some campers or the music was so loud , I think you should have a warden from time to time and checking the noise level

Fully-serviced grass site

Liked Staff were nice and attentive. Toilet/showers were lovely and you could tell it was cleaned regularly.
Any noise and they came down to sort it but we didn't really mind the noise at all. We enjoyed it so much we booked another night and extended our stay! Park was great for the kids too.

Disliked This is mentioned so it's not so much a dislike, but it's around half an hour to nip to the shop. Making it 1.10hr round trip. Not the sites fault and would not put me off going back at all. I didnt buy the WiFi but the couple next to us said it was poor.
We personally didn't go camping to use WiFi so it didn't matter to us.

Fully-serviced grass site

Liked Playground was good for kids.
Site was very tidy.
Clean showers & toilets.

Disliked Bit of a frosty welcome. Didnt really explain where anything was.
Wifi that we paid for didnt work.
Felt more of a static caravan park rather than for tourers.
Where are the sheep? No mention from the owner about sheep farming or being able to help out as it suggested.
Felt a bit trapped in a tiny touring field.
