Admission

• At least one of the party members must be aged 20 or over.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.

General

• Bookings must not be for more than 21 consecutive nights.

Occupancy

• Bookings must not consist of more than 2 different households.

Vehicles

• Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Extras

• Entertainment passes are included in the rate.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 6 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £75.00 ($169.69) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The site will contact you for your card details so that the deposit is pre-authorised on the card used to make your booking.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a £20.00 ($45.25) fee.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.

General

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Pool

• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

General

• The bar is open between 07/04 and 31/10.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dog Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

General

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Arrivals and departures

• The campground/park will send you further check-in information 2 day(s) before your arrival.

Vehicles

• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Arrivals and departures

• There is no reception at this campground/park. Please check-in at the unit instead.

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £60.00 ($135.75) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
