Add your business detailsWoodlands Caravan Park is a family-friendly caravan and camping park located in Tralee.
With the personal care of the McDonnell family, we aim to make camping and caravanning easy with the top-class facilities on our park.
For caravans and motorhomes we have hardstanding pitches, for campers we have a choice of three camping areas with or without electric hook-up. So whether you like to be close to the action or prefer a nice quiet spot, we can accommodate you.
We have toilet blocks with hot showers, changing areas and hairdryers. There is a campers' kitchen with a fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, sinks and preparation areas. We also have an all-weather barbecue area with picnic tables, so now you can barbecue even if it's raining! There are plenty of picnic tables and an indoor dining area if the weather turns bad.
Our TV lounge has a big screen television and a DVD player. There is also a small book exchange and free wifi access.
The kids will love the games room complete with pool tables, air hockey and our playground with swings, climbing frames, slides and a wooden hut for the younger ones. There is a Lego area for kids of all ages which is also very popular!
We have a small shop on site for the essentials; bread, water, butter, ice cream etc. Within a few minutes' walk or cycle you'll find Lidl and Tesco.
We have a separate wheelchair accessible toilet and designated shower area. Our whole park is wheelchair friendly.

We are located half way between the Carlton Hotel and the Aqua Dome.
From N21 Limerick/Dublin: follow the signs for Dingle N86 on the new bypass road. After you pass the Lidl supermarket on the left, continue following the signs for Dingle N86. We are the next exit on the left after the Carlton Hotel and FBD building.
From N22 Cork: follow the signs for Dingle N86 on the new bypass road. After you pass the Lidl supermarket on the left, continue following signs for Dingle N86. We are the next exit on the left after the Carlton Hotel and FBD building.
From N70 Killorglin: follow the signs for Dingle N86. After you pass the Lidl supermarket on the left, continue following the signs for Dingle N86. We are the next exit on the left after the Carlton Hotel and FBD building.
From N69 Listowel: stay on the N69 new bypass road and follow signs for Dingle N86. After you pass Lidl supermarket on the left, continue following the signs for Dingle N86. We are the next exit on the left after the Carlton Hotel and FBD building
Coming in from N86 (Dingle) direction: drive straight until the Aqua Dome roundabout. Go straight through this. Look out for the tennis courts on your right-hand side. Shortly after the tennis courts take the turn off to the right and we are straight ahead over the bridge.

We are a short walk from the Aqua Dome, Ireland's largest indoor water park, where as our guest you can get a generous discount.
Also nearby is Tralee Bay Wetlands Centre, the Kingdom County Museum, Siamsa Tire - Ireland's folk theatre, and Tralee town centre.
A short drive away are numerous golden sandy beaches for walking on, surfing, windsurfing and sailing.
We are ideally located to explore the Dingle Peninsula, Ring of Kerry and the Lakes of Killarney. Ireland's newest touring route, the Wild Atlantic Way, passes right by our entrance.
